Overview of minimally invasive lumbar puncture needle

Lumbar puncture is an important diagnostic method used by neurology and other medical disciplines. In 1891, Kunk performed the first lumbar puncture. The common complication of lumbar puncture is headache after lumbar puncture, which is caused by iatrogenic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage.

The occurrence of headache syndrome depends greatly on the type of needle used.
