Operation technique of buried needle

(1) The patient was prone or supine, exposing the position needed for embedding the wire.

② Disinfect local skin with 75% alcohol or iodophor.

③ Prepare the needle and thread body. Tweezers take a section of gut or polymer nanocrystalline wire body, put it in the front end of the buried needle tube, and push the wire body into the needle tube with tweezers. Note that the thread body must be completely inserted into the needle, not exposed outside the tip.

④ According to the different insertion sites, the left thumb and index finger are taut or lifted to the skin of the insertion site, the right hand holds the needle, and the needle is rapidly inserted into the subcutaneous area, and further extended to the appropriate depth of the acupoint according to the anatomical characteristics of the acupoint.

⑤ After obtaining the sense of needle, push the needle core, withdraw the needle tube, and implant the thread body into the subcutaneous tissue or muscle layer of the acupoint.

(6) After the needle, immediately press the pinhole with dry cotton stick for a moment, and apply medical infusion adhesive tape.

Proceed to the next acupoint.

After the operation, let the patient take a short rest on the bed and then leave. Inform the patient of the precautions after the operation.
