Embedding depth of embedding needle
Dec 09, 2021
Acupoint anatomy should be used as the main basis for embedding depth of thread body during minimally invasive embedding operation. In general, the thread body should be buried between the subcutaneous tissue and the muscle, and the muscle layer can also be buried where the muscle is more abundant. For the extremities end due to less tissue, embedding is more difficult, try not to embedding, in addition, for more tendon acupoints (such as Neiguan), embedding should also be careful, try to use shorter and relatively soft line body, in order not to affect local activities. Some acupoints have large blood vessels and nerves below them. For these acupoints, deep stabbing should be avoided to prevent injury to blood vessels and nerves.
