Coagulative necrosis is common in ischemic necrosis of kidney, spleen, heart and other organs. Caseous necrosis is mainly seen in necrosis due to Mycobacterium tuberculosis, commonly seen in tuberculosis. Fat necrosis belongs to liquefaction necrosis, common in acute pancreatitis;

Second, tissue necrosis can be directly caused by strong pathogenic factors, but most of them develop from irreversible damage;

Third, tissue necrosis is mostly caused by inflammatory stimulation, and in addition, necrosis can also be caused by poor tissue fixation;

Fourth, the vast majority of malignant tumors, due to insufficient blood supply to the tumor, often lead to local necrotic changes, but it does not mean that necrosis must be a malignant tumor. Benign lesions also have symptoms of necrotic tissue.

In clinical practice, only necrotic components are found in common biopsy tissues, so it is necessary to recommend re-sampling during diagnosis. Therefore, if a large number of necrotic components are found in the pathologically diagnosed tissue, it is recommended that the patient undergo further examination to clarify the cause of necrosis and treat symptomatically, so as not to delay the disease.
