Indications of lung needle aspiration biopsy

1. The pathological types and driving genes of newly discovered lung space-occupying lesions need to be clarified.

2. The pulmonary space-occupying lesions do not disappear after anti-infection treatment.

3. Pleural or mediastinal lesions.

4. Anti-tumor therapy has been performed, and the drug resistance mechanism needs to be clarified for recurrence after treatment.

5, inflammatory lesions, bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test.

6. Chest tube was placed to drain gas/liquid.

7. Local drug injection for lung space-occupying lesions was performed.
