How does vertebral spinous process puncture needle puncture

The patient is seated sideways or backwards on a chair, with both arms on the back of the chair and head resting on the arms.

The upper lumbar spinous process is the puncture point. The left thumb and index finger fix the skin above and below the scheduled puncture process. The right hand holds the needle and penetrates vertically from the side or center of the spinous process.

Tibiocentesis (for children under 2 years of age only)

The patient was supine on the treatment table, and the lower limbs were fixed by an assistant. The puncture point was the inner side of the intestinal bone about 1cm below the tibial nodule (or the upper middle L / 3 junction of the intestinal bone).

Fix the skin with the left thumb and index finger, hold the needle with the right hand, and Pierce the bone in the middle of the bone in a vertical direction.
