1. Specimen collection

Matters needing attention

1. The needle should not be too deep at the beginning of puncture sampling, otherwise it is not easy to remove the bone marrow tissue.

2. Bone marrow biopsy needle should not absorb bone marrow fluid for smear. When bone marrow biopsy and biopsy are performed at the same time, the puncture site should be staggered.

3. A small piece of cylindrical bone marrow tissue about 0.5 ~ 1 cm was used for puncture sampling. After sampling materials should be stored in fixed solution immediately.
