Femur neck bone is broken did not see femur head necrotic, what meaning is already go prosthetic replacement?

Hello, necrosis of the femoral head due to trauma is caused by damage to the blood vessels supplying the femoral head, such as damage to the lateral epiphysis vessels. After these vessels were damaged, the femoral head lost all or part of its blood supply, which could lead to ischemic necrosis 8 hours after occlusion. Thus, osteonecrosis occurs early in displaced femoral neck fractures. Femoral head ischemic necrosis accounts for 85% of displaced femoral neck fractures and 15%-25% of undisplaced femoral neck fractures. Osteonecrosis of the femoral head has also been reported after needling of intertrochanteric fractures. This is due to the possibility of injury to the lateral epiphysis vessels during needling (needling enters the femoral head laterally above or behind the femoral head). Damage to this vessel can result in ischemic necrosis of the femoral head and eventually collapse at the weight-bearing site above the femoral head. In addition, sometimes a direct blow to the hip can also cause avascular necrosis of the femoral head, as can acute dislocation of the hip.
