Optical lens is mostly φ2.8mm long 25mm glass column, by slight bump and extrusion will crack, edge collapse or optical axis offset, our common endoscope blurred field of vision, black edge is mostly such reasons. Optical fiber is made of very fine optical glass, a φ4mm lens to install more than 1500 roots, external force back to the outer mirror tube caused by broken wire, affecting illumination. The hard tube endoscope is mostly connected by epoxy resin adhesive, the quality of adhesive and packaging technology also affect the service life of the scope.

3, flexible soft lens, the biggest characteristic of the optical fiber endoscope is that the lens part can be manipulated by the surgeon to change the direction, expand the scope of application, but the imaging effect is not as good as the hard lens effect.
