Do marrow needle puncture very painful?

The iliac crest is the upper margin of the iliac wing. The protrusions at its front end are called the anterior superior iliac spine, and the protrusions at its rear end are called the posterior superior iliac spine. Before the operation, a small amount of anesthetics will be injected locally at the selected puncture point, and the whole process of bone marrow puncture will be completed within 3-5 minutes. The whole process will have a little sense of acid swelling, almost no pain, and the patient will recover quickly after the completion of bone puncture. It is recommended to return to normal activities after lying flat for half an hour.
