Below what circumstance should do marrow puncture needle puncture?

Patients with diseases of the blood system generally have abnormalities in three systems, namely red system, granulocyte system and megakaryocyte system. Corresponding blood routine manifestations are red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. So the indications for bone piercing are:

Anemia caused by all kinds of reasons and abnormal leukocytes, platelets, including leukaemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, multiple myeloma, metastatic tumor, abnormal myelodysplastic syndrome, myelofibrosis, malignant tissue cell disease, etc.

Some parasitic diseases, such as malaria and kala-azar, can be detected by bone marrow puncture.

Long-term fever, liver, spleen and lymph node enlargement can be examined by bone marrow puncture to confirm the diagnosis.

Samples are taken for post-treatment evaluation and for related treatments, such as stem cell transplantation and Car T cell therapy.
