Distal upper extremity nerve block puncture needle

With the continuous development of the concept of ERAS, there are increasing requirements for postoperative analgesia. In addition to the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, nerve block technology is also a commonly used analgesic method in clinical anesthesia. Brachial plexus blocks are often used in upper extremity surgery, such as intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block, supraclavicular brachial plexus block, subclavian brachial plexus block and axillary brachial plexus block. But several studies in recent years have shown that distal nerve blocks are easier, more effective, and safer to perform. Distal nerve block can not only reduce the risk of complications such as pneumothorax, phrenic nerve block and spinal canal error, but also does not affect the activity of proximal muscle, increase the satisfaction and comfort of patients, and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
