Fatty cirrhosis is characterized by severe fibrous tissue hyperplasia secondary to fatty liver and lobular structural improvement, pseudolobules and regenerated nodules. Clinicopathological studies have shown that there is a certain correlation between the classification and staging of fatty liver and between the pathological changes and clinical manifestations of fatty liver, but there is no necessary correlation.
