1. 2. After a long time of fever, the specific diagnosis cannot be determined by examination. It is necessary to do bone marrow puncture to look for parasites, or bacteria culture after bone marrow puncture, or smear test after bone marrow puncture to exclude the possibility of leukemia.

3. Clinically, it is suspected to be a disease of the blood system, but it cannot be confirmed. Further diagnosis should be made after bone marrow puncture.
