Choice of puncture site:

5. For infants under two years old, choose the front and lower part of the tibial tuberosity.

Posture: supine position for puncture of sternum and anterior superior iliac spine; lateral position for posterior superior iliac spine puncture; sitting or lateral position for lumbar lumbar puncture.
