2. Disinfection and anesthesia: Routine disinfection of the skin, wearing sterile gloves, laying sterile towel, local skin, subcutaneous and periosteal anesthesia with 2% lidocaine.

3. Perform puncture: fix the bone marrow puncture needle holder at a certain length by puncture suction, hold the needle in the right hand to puncture the bone surface vertically, when the needle tip touches the bone, rotate the puncture needle left and right, slowly pierce the bone, and puncture the needle After entering the bone marrow cavity, pull out the needle core, connect a dry 10ml or 20ml syringe, aspirate 0.1-0.2ml of bone marrow fluid with appropriate force and drop it on the glass slide, and then extract 1-2ml if needed for bacterial examination of bone marrow fluid.

4. After the needle is pulled out and sucked, reinsert the needle core, arrange the needle hole with sterile yarn, pull out the puncture needle, press it for 1-2 minutes, and fix the gauze with adhesive tape.
