Aluminium alloy anodic treatment

Nov 25, 2022

1, aluminum alloy anodic treatment refers to anodic alumina, is in aluminum and aluminum alloy surface plating a layer of dense alumina, in order to prevent its further oxidation. The principle is the anode effect: refers to the current transmission between the anode and the electrolyte is inhibited resulting in blocking phenomenon.

2, anodic alumina production process

(1) Mechanical polishing;

(2) Chemical treatment to remove the copper composition on the surface of some alloys;

(3) clean and remove oil;

(4) Put in dilute sulfuric acid as an anode for electrification, generating surface oxide layer;

(5) dyeing;

(6) Fixed.
