The key to the success of arthroscopic surgery lies in fine operation technique and correct postoperative rehabilitation nursing. Postoperative nursing includes postoperative routine nursing, postoperative monitoring and early correct functional exercise.

Postoperative arthroscopic nursing

1.1 Routine postoperative nursing 6h postoperatively, take supine position, closely observe the changes of vital signs and bleeding of dressing, elevate the affected limb 30°, which is conducive to venous reflux and reduce swelling and congestion; Closely observe the blood flow of the extremities and toes, and report to the doctor in time if there is any abnormality or pain. After surgery, keep the negative pressure drainage tube unobpatency, pay attention to observe the nature, amount and color of drainage fluid, drainage tube is generally removed within 24 to 48 hours after surgery.
