The principle of heat dissipation of copper tube is to use the excellent thermal conductivity of copper tube and the condensation transformation of liquid in copper tube, the heat output to the motherboard.
Copper tubes are hollow and contain small amounts of water or other chemicals. When the motherboard is above the critical temperature, the water vapor in the cooling copper tube will take away the heat of the motherboard along the capillary structure; When the water vapor cools and liquefies, it begins to circulate back.
The heat pipe radiator is composed of sealing tube, suction core and steam channel. The suction core is surrounded by the sealing tube wall and soaked with volatile saturated liquid. The liquid can be distilled water, ammonia, methanol or acetone, etc. The heat pipe radiator is filled with ammonia, methanol, acetone and other liquids, which still has good heat dissipation ability at low temperature.
