Most of the auto parts are processed by injection molding method, the advantages of ABS resin is impact resistance, sound insulation, scratch resistance, heat resistance is better, more beautiful than PP. ABS resin is easy to process, processing dimensional stability and good surface gloss, easy to paint, coloring, but also can be sprayed metal, electroplating, welding and bonding and other secondary processing properties.

PP (polypropylene) is a kind of polymer, the monomer is propylene CH2 = CH-CH3, through the polymerization of polypropylene, chemical formula can be expressed as (C3H6) N, structure can be expressed as [-CH2-CH(CH3)-] N.

PE (Polyethylene) is the most simple polymer organic compound and the most widely used polymer material in the world, which is Polyethylene polymerized and divided into high density Polyethylene, medium density Polyethylene and low density Polyethylene according to the density.

PVC (Polyvinylchloride, Polyvinylchloride) is the main component of Polyvinylchloride Polyvinylchloride, bright color, corrosion resistance, firm and durable, due to the increase in the manufacturing process of plasticizer, anti-aging agent and other toxic auxiliary materials to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductibility, so its products generally do not store food and drugs.
