However, in the actual processing, sometimes it will get uneven and not glamorous planes, which do not meet the requirements.
The main reason for this problem is that when finishing, because the performance of the cutting oil cannot meet the processing requirements, when the tool feed speed is too fast, and the vibration caused by the tool because of the rapid movement is easy to leave an uneven path to the processing surface. Sometimes there will be a certain difference between the knife marks between two adjacent toolpaths, which is caused by the inconsistency of the direction of the tool cutting, and to avoid this problem, the machining method of full straight milling should be adopted and a special cutting oil should be selected.
