To eliminate the stress, it is generally heated to 850-870 ℃ for cooling, and the pipe fitting containing Qin or Ni is cooled directly in the air. Pipe fittings without chin or sharp should be cooled by water to 450℃ and then cooled by air. The yield strength and fatigue strength of the pipe welding joint can be improved after stress elimination treatment, and cracks can be prevented. When the pipe temperature is below 0℃, welding cannot be performed. When the ambient temperature is below 20℃, welding cannot be performed even with preheating measures.
