(1) Biochemical examination The determination of amylase in blood and urine should be regarded as routine examination in the event of abdominal pain attack, which is helpful for diagnosis.
(2) B-type ultrasonic imaging.
(3) Percutaneous hepatic puncture cholangiography (PTC).
(4) Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
(5) gastrointestinal barium meal examination.
(6) Intraoperative cholangiography.
For the above examination methods, ultrasound examination and biochemical determination are generally performed first in clinical diagnosis. If the abdominal mass is palpable clinically, the diagnosis can be established. If there is no palpable mass in the clinic and ultrasound is suspected, ERCP should be performed. If limited by device and age, PTC tests should be performed, supplemented with other tests if necessary.
