What Are The Effects Of Kidney Piercing On The Body
Dec 16, 2022
Renal puncture is an operation used for the diagnosis of medical diseases of the kidney. In most cases, the impact of renal puncture on the body is small or even negligible. It can basically return to the state before the puncture after 3-5 days, and generally no adverse consequences will occur. However, in a few cases, the kidney health of patients may be seriously affected if complications such as local hematoma, infection, large amount of blood loss occur during puncture, or if there is metastasis of the tumor.
If there is a large amount of blood loss after kidney puncture, hemostasis should be performed to prevent kidney necrosis. If perirenal abscess is caused after renal puncture and local infection cannot be controlled by anti-inflammatory therapy, renal necrosis may be caused and the kidney will be excised. Therefore, when complications of kidney puncture occur, they should be dealt with in time to avoid adverse consequences.
