(1) Clean the outside of the transmission and remove all parts installed on the automatic transmission housing, such as refueling pipes; (2) remove the hydraulic torque converter from the front of the automatic transmission, loosen the fastening bolt, remove the hydraulic torque converter shell at the front of the automatic transmission, remove the flange of the output shaft and the rear shell of the automatic transmission, remove the speed sensor induction rotor from the output shaft; (3) remove the oil pan, remove the connecting bolt of the oil pan, insert the edge of the special maintenance tool between the transmission and the oil pan, cut the sealant applied, pay attention to not damage the oil pan flange; (4) Check for particles in the oil pan. Remove the magnet and observe the metal particles collected. If the material is material, it indicates that the bearing, gear and clutch steel plate are worn. If the material is brass, it indicates that the bushing is worn. (5) remove all wire harness plugs connected to the valve plate, remove the solenoid valve, remove the throttle cable connected with the throttle valve, use the screwdriver to carefully lever up the hydraulic tubing, loosen the fixed bolt between the inlet oil filter screen and the valve plate, remove the inlet oil filter from the valve plate; (6) Remove the connecting bolt between the valve plate and the automatic transmission housing, remove the valve plate assembly, take out the check valve, spring and accumulator piston in the oil passage of the automatic transmission housing, remove the pull rod of the manual control valve and the parking latching claw, and remove the manual control valve control shaft if necessary.
