1. B-ultrasonography B-ultrasonography can show the soft tissue structure at all levels of the breast and the shape, size and echo of the mass. Fibroadenoma usually presents as a round or oval hypoechoic area with clear and neat boundary, uniform internal echo distribution, weak spot, complete posterior wall line, and lateral acoustic shadow. The echo behind the tumor is enhanced. If there is calcification, the sound shadow can appear behind the calcification point. 2. In mammography (commonly known as molybdenum target) patients with rich fat in the breast, fibroadenoma showed smooth edges and sharp circular shadows with uniform density. Some patients saw a thin translucent halo around the tumor body. Fine needle aspiration cytology and empty core needle aspiration histology are commonly used. Fine needle aspiration cytology is less invasive and the diagnostic coincidence rate can reach more than 90%. The accuracy of hole-core needle puncture histology is higher.
