Boiling disinfection method, that is, the use of boiling 100℃ for 5 minutes can kill all bacterial propagules. Boil disinfection is suitable for wet and high temperature resistant articles, such as metal, enamel, glass, rubber and so on. Boiling water (100℃) after 5 ~ 10 minutes, can kill bacterial propagules.

To disinfect metal syringes, first unscrew the setting screws, unscrew and pull out the plunger, and remove the glass tube. Wrap the glass tube in gauze. Wash the articles before cooking. When cooking, the articles are completely submerged in water. The shaft and cover are opened. When the water is boiling, the timer will start. If the item is added midway, the timer will start again after the second boiling.

Note: glass wrapped with gauze, cold water or warm water into; Rubber wrapped with gauze, after boiling water into; The shaft of the instrument and the cover of the container should be opened. Bowls and basins of the same size should not overlap. Smaller items should be wrapped in gauze to sink them into the water; Sharp instruments should not be used in this way to avoid being damaged by heat and blunt. Metal syringes should not be sterilized with high pressure or dry heat, because the rubber bands and washers are easy to deteriorate.
