Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography and drainage (PTC) is an anterograde direct cholangiography method, which uses a special puncture needle to penetrate the intrahepatic bile duct through the skin under the supervision of X-ray television or B-ultrasound, and then directly infuses the contrast medium into the bile duct to make the intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts develop rapidly.
