Precision dispensing suction is designed for high precision dispensing. The suction tip has Luer locking threads and can be used with any dispensing syringe, valve or pump. Provides ultra-low resistance molecular fluid flow and significant cost savings over machined nozzles without sacrificing mount or deposition accuracy.

The main design feature of this unique Luer lock dispensing nozzle is the streamline conical fluid path, which provides higher fluid flow rate and lower dispensing pump back pressure, thereby increasing the glue accuracy and component life. The design also features a very thin rigid wall that provides a larger inner diameter fluid path, allowing the use of smaller outer diameter nozzles without sacrificing dispensing rate.

Some precision dispensing heads have a nickel-PTFE coating. These coatings greatly reduce core absorption effects when using water-based fluids and significantly improve the performance of anaerobic and UV curing materials. The material, which is rich in PTFE, is inert and often used as a replacement for stainless steel.
