Generally speaking, the selection of dispensing needles should be in accordance with the small to large, dispensing efficiency can be from fast to slow, the setting of air pressure is also from small to large. In particular, the glue with better fluidity can be selected first according to the fine needle, and finally gradually increase the pressure, with the speed from fast to slow.

According to the special properties of glue, viscosity, and chemical properties to select:

UV glue: you can use amber syringe, white piston and oblique needle to choose, of course, you can also use other types of needles according to the requirements, but also can be customized to complete the need for needles.

Quick-drying glue: For glue with poor viscosity, safe piston and Teflon lined metal dispensing needle can be applied. For quick-drying glue, it must be applied to cone-inclined needle, and PP needle can also be applied if special needs.
