(1) Glue valve drops glue

Most of the rubber valve drops occur after the rubber valve is closed, there are two main reasons. One is: because the needle used for a long time or the needle running process is knocked, resulting in needle wear or deformation. The needle is too small or too large will also affect the flow of glue, the formation of back pressure in the glue valve, resulting in glue drops after the valve is closed. Second, there are bubbles in the glue valve, which can not meet the pressure requirements of the valve body required for dispensing, resulting in the leakage of glue slowly. In order to prevent glue leakage caused by air problems, the glue is generally centrifuged and vacuumed first, and the end air and waste glue are discharged when the glue valve is pumped.
