Puncture needle head and injection needle are not the same, the former diameter is slightly larger, used for puncture diagnosis and abscess discharge, the latter used for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. It is recommended that after injection or puncture with any needle, the puncture point should be pressed for 5-10 minutes to avoid subcutaneous bleeding.
