There is negative pressure in the tube of venous blood collection. When blood collection is carried out with blood collection needle, the needle has been inserted into the vein and blood will return, which is impossible to return to the vein. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, blood collection needle is sterile. Anticoagulant is only available in purple, blue and black tubes, but not in red tubes. The needle set of scalp needles has no anticoagulant.
