1. The processing sequence is not reasonable
Some CNC processing operators to consider the preparation of some problems, often the processing sequence arrangement is extremely unreasonable. CNC machining is usually processed according to the requirements of the general machining process, such as coarse after fine (tool change), first inside after outside, reasonable selection of cutting parameters, so that the quality and efficiency can be improved.
Careful use of G00 (G26, G27, G29) quick positioning instruction THE G00 instruction brings great convenience to programming and use. However, if the setting and use are improper, it will often cause overshoot when returning to zero, precision decline, equipment guide rail surface strain and other adverse consequences due to excessive speed setting. If you do not pay attention to the return to zero route, it is easy to produce the safety accident of the workpiece and the equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 instruction, should be comprehensive, not optional.
2. the process is too scattered
The reason for this problem lies in the fear of complexity (refers to the preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and processing, the use of a knife processing is easy to adjust the knife, used to ordinary processing. As a result, product quality (position tolerance) is not easy to ensure, production efficiency can not be played well. Therefore, CNC processing technicians and operators should be fully familiar with CNC processing knowledge, more attempts, in order to master the relevant knowledge, as far as possible to use the process centralized method for processing, several times, will naturally reflect its advantages. After the process centralization, the unit processing time increased. We arranged the two CNC machining machines face to face, so that one person could operate the two equipment, which greatly improved the efficiency and ensured the quality.
In cnc machining, we should pay more attention to the retrieval and trial operation of the program. After the program is entered into the control system, the operator should use SCH key and ↑, ↓, ←, → move key to carry out uncertain and determined retrieval, and modify the program when necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal implementation of the program processing, must be run through the program (open power amplifier), in order to confirm whether the processing route and the design route is consistent.
