CNC machining parts are used to determine the position of other points, lines and planes, based on the points, lines and planes called datum.So how to determine the CNC machining benchmark?
1. Design benchmark of CNC machining parts
In CNC machining parts to determine the other point, line, surface position of the reference, known as the design reference.
2. CNC machining process datum
The datum used in machining, inspection and assembly of CNC machined aluminum cavity parts is the process datum.Process datum is divided into positioning datum, measurement datum and assembly datum.
(1) Positioning reference
The datum used to determine the workpiece relative to the correct position of the machine tool is called the positioning datum.
(2) Measurement reference
The datum on which the dimensions and positions of machined surfaces are checked is called the measurement datum.
(3) Assembly datum
A reference used in assembly to determine the position of a part or component in a machine.For example, the journal of the shaft parts, the inner hole of the gear parts and the bottom surface of the box body are often used as the assembly reference.
