Percutaneous drainage through liver and gallbladder was performed under the guidance of B ultrasound. The specific methods were as follows: the patient was in supine position, and the skin between the 7th and 8th intercostal lines of the right clavicle was disinfected under the guidance of B-ultrasound. After local anesthesia, a 0.13cm incision was made on the skin, and the PTCD needle was threaded through the liver tissue and the gallbladder bed to the direction of the gallbladder. When the needle core is pulled out, purulent bile can be extracted, part of it is taken for bacterial culture, and then the guide wire is inserted into the gallbladder from the needle tube to indent the guide wire, the needle is pulled out, and the pig tail tube is inserted into the guide wire, and the tube is sent into the gallbladder 4~6cm along the guide wire. Pull out the guide wire, fix the catheter on the skin, and connect the sterile bag. If the bile is thick, normal saline or metronidazole can be injected into the gallbladder to dilute the bile. In this group, puncture and catheter drainage of PTGBD gallbladder were all successful, with the maximum drainage of 160ml and the minimum drainage of 30ml. Routine bile examination and culture, fixed drainage tube.
