The pathological manifestations of diseases with the same clinical manifestations can be very different, while the progression of the disease, the reaction to drugs and the long-term prognosis are more related to pathology. Renal puncture is a mature technology in nephrology department. It is generally carried out under the guidance of ultrasound, and the whole process takes about ten minutes. Local anesthesia will be performed before the operation, so there is no need to worry about pain. After renal puncture, the patient should lie supine for 24 hours, drink more water and urinate more appropriately, and pay attention to whether the puncture site is bleeding and keep local cleanliness. If you have hematuria, lumbago, dizziness, sweating and other symptoms, you should inform the doctor as soon as possible for timely treatment.
