What are the requirements for the CNC machining environment? How to deal with the problems that arise in cnc processing?

CNC machining is a kind of automatic processing equipment developed on CNC milling machine. The powerful processing ability of CNC machining can bring higher working efficiency to enterprises. What environmental requirements should machining enterprises consider when installing CNC machining?
1. Location requirements
Should be far away from the vibration source and direct sunlight source, if there is a source nearby, should be set up earthquake trench.
2. Temperature and humidity
The ambient temperature of CNC machining is lower than 30℃. High ambient temperature and humidity may reduce the service life of control system components. High ambient humidity may also cause short circuits and faults on integrated circuit boards.
3, voltage and current control
There is a lot of processing equipment in the workshop, which can cause the grid to fluctuate too much. We need to control the voltage and current within the allowable range of the processing center and keep them stable, otherwise, the system operation may be affected. Power supply shall be 380V±10%, three-phase ac.
CNC lathes and traditional machine tools are basically the same, there is no great difference. It mainly solves the problems of many parts, small batch, complex shape and high precision. But there will also be some problems in the process of CNC processing, how to deal with these problems?
1. CNC machining edge grinding of metal turning glass: 3D glass needs finishing edge grinding to adapt to screen and mobile phone, so some CNC will turn to edge grinding of glass.
2, CNC processing of graphite die increase: 3D glass hyperboloid screen, using CNC processing is very cost-effective, long working hours, low efficiency. At present, it is basically a hot bending machine. Thermal bending technology has replaced most CNC machining, and glass thermal bending requires more graphite furnace die, so some CNC production can shift from metal to graphite die processing.
3. Increased processing of frame metal: 3D glass coated mobile phones have higher requirements for metal strength. 6 and 7 series aluminum alloys can hardly meet the requirements, but more tend to stainless steel, which will be difficult to process and the working time will increase.
