(1) The basic part refers to the bed casting. By the bed, column and workbench, etc., is the basic parts of CNC machining center, mostly is cast iron, CNC machining center work to bear the static load and cutting dynamic load in the processing. Therefore, the rigidity of bed casting is very high, and it is the most important part to determine the quality of CNC machining center.

(2) Spindle components. It is composed of spindle motor, spindle box, spindle and spindle support and other parts, its start, stop and rotation and other actions are controlled by the NUMERICAL control system, and through the tool mounted on the spindle for cutting movement, is the cutting power output components. Spindle is a key part of CNC machining center, and the quality of its structure has a great impact on the performance of CMC machining center.

(3) Control system. CNC machining center CNC system is composed of CNC device, programmable controller, servo drive device and motor and other parts. They are the control centers for CNC machining centers to perform sequential control actions and complete operations during machining.

(4) Servo system. The role of the servo system is to convert the signals from the CNC device into the movement of the moving parts of the machine tool. Its performance is one of the main factors that determine the machining accuracy, surface quality and production efficiency of the machine tool. CNC machining center generally adopts three control modes: semi-closed loop, closed loop and mixed loop.

(5) Automatic tool change device. It consists of knife library, manipulator and driving mechanism and other components. A tool store is a device for storing all the tools used in machining the workpiece. The knife library has disc type, bamboo hat type and chain type and so on many kinds, the capacity from a few to dozens. In the process of processing need to change the tool, according to the CNC system instruction, by the manipulator (or through other ways) the tool from the tool library into the spindle. The structure of the manipulator has many forms according to the relative position of the knife library and the main shaft and the different structure. Some CNC machining centers do not use manipulator and the use of spindle box or knife library movement to achieve tool change. Although the process of tool change, tool selection, tool library structure, manipulator type are not the same, but are in the NUMERICAL control device and programmable controller control, by the motor, hydraulic or pneumatic mechanism tool selection and exchange. When the contact sensor is installed in the mechanism, the error measurement of cutting tool and workpiece can be realized.

(6) Automatic tray replacement system. Some CNC machining centers in order to further shorten the non-cutting time, equipped with two automatic exchange of workpiece tray, one is installed on the workbench for processing, the other is located outside the workbench for workpiece loading and unloading, which can reduce auxiliary time, improve processing efficiency.

(7) Auxiliary system. Including lubrication, cooling, chip removal, protection, hydraulic and random testing system and other parts. Although the auxiliary system does not directly participate in the cutting movement, it plays a decisive role in guaranteeing the machining efficiency, machining accuracy and reliability of THE CNC machining center, so it is also an indispensable part of the CNC machining center.
