7. There are burrs on the chamfer. When it is found that there are burrs after the chamfering of the product, first check whether the tool is worn or not. If the tool is intact, check the depth and range of the chamfer. Generally, both aspects can solve the problem of chamfering burrs.

8. Clamping Clamping is a frequent problem in CNC machining. On the one hand, it may be that the operator does not blow clean the product or tooling during clamping. This can be accomplished through enhanced training. On the other hand, it may be that the clamping product has a larger contact surface, which can be solved by replacing the steel jaws. It is also possible to place the work device in the forward direction of the oil pipe when adjusting the machine, so that it is easy to clean up the residual material and reduce the pinch injury.
