Anemia caused by various causes and various types of leukocyte and platelet abnormalities, including leukemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, multiple myeloma, metastatic tumor, myelodysplastic syndrome, myelofibrosis, malignant histiocytosis, etc.
Some parasitic diseases, such as malaria and kala-azar, can be detected by bone marrow puncture.
Long-term fever, liver, spleen, lymph node enlargement are feasible bone marrow puncture examination for definite diagnosis.
To determine post-treatment evaluation and to take samples for related treatments, such as stem cell transplantation and Car T cell therapy.
