To prepare for the PTC

1. The night before angiography, clean enema and give sedation.

2. Sedation should be administered one hour before angiography, but morphine should be prohibited to avoid confounding the diagnosis by causing spasm of the Odious sphincter.

3. Abdominal fluoroscopy was performed before angiography to observe whether there was gas-filled intestinal tube under the liver to avoid accidental injury during puncture.

4. Do an iodine allergy test.

5. When prothrombin is measured, if prolonged, vitamin K should be given to correct.

6. Prepare puncture needle: 5& FRAC12; Or 6 size slender needle, or 15cm long, 0.7mm outer diameter, 0.5mm inner diameter, needle incline 30°, equipped with flexible steel needle core, or 76-2 type plastic outer casing piercing needle, 25 ~ 28cm long, outer diameter 1.3mm, inner diameter 0.9mm.
