The aluminum alloy material is passed through the sandblasting machine, so that the fine and dense sand plays a uniform small pit on the surface of the aluminum profile, which is almost invisible to the naked eye. The aluminum profile is still smooth in front of the eyes, but the visual effect becomes matte from bright.
The particle size of the sand material is different, and the effect of spraying on the profile also has the thickness. After sandblasting, the aluminum profile is anodized to form a dense transparent oxide film on its surface to increase corrosion resistance.
