Operation method

1. Insert a single-use epidural needle (17G x 80mm) as usual

Epidural space.

2. Insert the lumbar hemp needle (26G×104mm) into the epidural needle from behind the epidural needle tip

Partial side holes are perforated. Puncture the dura and enter the subarachnoid cavity.

3. Pull out the needle inside the lumbar hemp needle, and gently aspirate the pulp fluid with a 2ml glass injection tube to confirm the puncture success.

4. If the surgical site of the patient is in the lower body, the appropriate amount of high specific gravity fluid is injected, such as in the upper body

Inject a low-gravity anesthetic.

5. Pull out the lumbar hemp needle and insert the catheter for continuous epidural anesthesia (1.0￠×950mm).

6. Remove the epidural needle and attach it to the back of the catheter for continuous epidural anesthesia and secure it.

7. If necessary, local anesthesia may be administered through a catheter for continuous epidural anesthesia.
