Before examination, the doctor should know the history, examination purpose, and whether there are endoscopic contraindications.

3. Explain to the patient the purpose, necessity, related risks and matters needing attention in cooperation with the examination, so as to eliminate the patient's concerns. Signed informed consent before surgery.

4. Medication: oral administration of defoamer 15 ~ 30min before operation; Intramuscular injection of scopolamine 20mg; Intramuscular injection or slow intravenous injection of 5 ~ 10mg diazepam can be used for mental tension, and lidocaine mucilage containing local anesthesia and lubrication should be taken for upper gastrointestinal examination.

5. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasonography usually takes the left decubitus position, both lower limbs slightly curved, unbuttoning the collar, relaxing the belt, and putting the head back. For colon endoscopic ultrasonography, bowel preparation should be cleaned before operation.

6. Procedure: After endoscopic ultrasound is inserted into the digestive tract, direct contact method, water sac method and water sac method combined with airless water filling method can be used to scan gastrointestinal submucosal lesions, tumors and adjacent organs. Combined with Doppler, endoscopic ultrasound can detect blood velocity and flow and show the direction of blood flow.
