(3) The epidural injection of local anesthetic solution increases the volume, extrudes the dura, increases the pressure of lumbosacral subarachnoid space, promotes the diffusion of local anesthetic to the head end, and the block plane can increase 3-4 segments;

(4) Cerebrospinal fluid spills from the dural pinhole, which dilates the local anesthetic in the epidural space, increases the volume and elevates the block plane;
