(2) The third thoracic spinous process is connected by the scapulae on both sides. (3) The scapular Angle is connected to the spinous process of the seventh thoracic vertebra. (4) The line of the highest point of the iliac crest on both sides is the fourth lumbar spinous process or the gap between the third and fourth lumbar spinous process. The surface of the sacral canal is marked by the sacral hiatus and the sacral Angle
