(3) The patient was in good condition and the sandbag and abdominal band were removed 24 hours after operation.

(4) Puncture or needle extraction must be carried out when the patient is suspended from breathing, so as not to cut the liver surface with the needle tip and cause massive bleeding. If the puncture fails, withdraw the needle to the skin, change the direction of the puncture if necessary, and repeat the puncture, but not more than three times.
