Weak and critically ill patients who cannot tolerate puncture. 2. Allergic to narcotics. 3. For patients with coagulation dysfunction and severe bleeding tendency, puncture should not be performed before correction. 4. Mentally ill or unfit to write. 5. If the patient is suspected of thoracic echinococcosis, puncture may cause the spread of infection, so puncture is not suitable. 6. Infection at or near the puncture site.
