1. Model meaning and structure composition of the head planer

The head planer is a kind of planing machine tool widely used, suitable for processing small and medium-sized parts. The structure of B6065 planing machine is introduced as an example. The meanings of model B6065 are as follows :B is the machine tool class code, indicating the planing class; 6 is the group code, indicating the head planer group; 0 is the type code, indicating the type of shaver; 65 is the main parameter code, indicating 1/10 of the maximum planing length, that is, the maximum planing length is 650mm.

The shaver consists of a bed, ram, tool rest, workbench, beam, and base. Figure 2-11 shows the structure of the shaver.
